Key team member of Uniify

You will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent. This position is ideal for a student who is passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition.

A little bit about the things you'll be doing:

👉 Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other job boards. Participate in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.

👉 Candidate Engagement: Help develop and implement strategies to engage and attract high-caliber talent. Foster a positive candidate experience that aligns with our company values.

👉 Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are well-integrated into the team.

👉 Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

👉 Employer Branding: Assist in promoting Uniify's employer brand through social media, campus outreach and other channels to attract potential candidates.
